We are all greatly saddened by the loss of Marco Simoncelli this year.  Marco was a great rider and well liked and popular both on and off the track.  He died on the Sepang Circuit on 23rd October 2011 and will be sorely missed.

Congratulations to Cal Crutchlow, the British rider ended the 2011 MotoGP World Championship in fantastic fashion by winning the Rookie of the Year title in Valencia.
